An Interior Designer needs multiple applications to present their clients with finish item options for their project. An application to manage the finish schedule and item data, one to create a visually appealing presentation of the items, and more to manage/edit images and documents.

Building an engaging social presence is a challenge for anyone. For most people, it means planning a video - scheduling it, writing the script, designing or sourcing the materials, recording, editing, adding captions, exporting, and finally posting across every social channel. For a loan officer, that alone is a lot to add to a full workday - and there's also a legal compliance layer to maintain throughout the process. My research, including interviews with industry professionals, showed that most loan officers won't adopt a process with that much of a time commitment. By default, they stick with the status quo: word of mouth. So I built an app that bundles all of that work into a single system of steps, so the whole process takes minutes.

I was Passport's in-house graphic designer when the mobile app was being built by an outside firm, at a rate high enough that development ran in quarterly bursts sized to leftover budget. I made the case to bring the design in-house, sourced a developer at a fraction of the cost, and redesigned the app around proximity. Then I shipped a feedback loop that gave the business its first real view of user satisfaction.
